Wow! The new Tutti Bambini CoZee bedside crib is certainly sleek and appealing to the eye compared to other rival products on the market. But is it as well designed practically as the others?

But is it as well designed practically as the others?

First things first, the CoZee comes in four different colours; charcoal, dusty pink, ocean and putty. So there’s plenty of choice to suit all home decors or gender if you prefer. The one we are reviewing is the charcoal grey. I particularly like the oak finish to the legs and trim giving it a more luxury finish.

According to the literature, the crib takes 30 seconds to fold away or put up from the handy material carry bag that it comes with as standard. Very handy if you intend to use the crib for travel or sleepovers at grandparents.

The bag material is a little thin but does have a carry strap.

Now, I attempted to put the crib up in 30 seconds and for the first use I was impressed at how speedy it went together but it was certainly around 2 minutes at first go which still isn’t bad. I was quicker at folding the CoZee away but with practice, I am certain I can rise to the challenge and meet the 30 seconds!

It is a simple four-stage process; out of the bag, fold out each leg till you hear a click, pop the mattress in and attach the underneath shelf.

If you are wanting to attach the CoZee to the bed, it comes with two secure straps to fix to your bed and has various height settings to meet different height beds. The side then drops down to allow easy access to your baby for ease during the night.

This supports the bond your baby develops next to you without the need for sharing your bed. It can also be used as a free-standing crib too if you wish with a mesh side for visibility to your baby.

The CoZee has a 6 step height to each leg and can be fitted so that the head of the crib can be higher to support with babies with colic or congestion safely.

I like the padded material inside the crib as it is both patterned with polka dots and removable to be machine washable – perfect if you have a sickly baby. The outer material is wipe clean only.

There is also a handy fitted shelf underneath the crib to store all the night time essentials you may need in one place.

When you combine excellent functionality with simplicity and ease of use, you can’t go wrong.

This bedside crib is ideal for those expecting parents looking for a simple crib to use either by the bedside or stand alone.

I struggled to find a fault with this product, which is why, overall, top marks for this new design to the market.

The Tutti Bambini CoZee Crib receives an official Dad Network star rating of 5 / 5 and our award of recommendation.
