An Ofsted Inspector has created an audit of his own home-teaching skills and it’s encouraging parents everywhere!
Posted by the inspectors brother, on his Facebook profile, the audit summary sheet has received over 6000 shares.

There’s no doubt that at a time where thousands of parents are attempting to continue some sort of education in the wake of schools closing due to the Covid-19 pandemic, this report is resonating.
It comes as a reassurance to parents that despite their best efforts, even education professionals, such as Ofsted inspectors, are finding the challenge difficult.
The audit says:
School leaders have ensured that the schools overall effectiveness has tanked since the last exception.
And,
Pupils enjoy learning. They just don’t enjoy lessons. Except making a game where they throw a ball into various cardboard boxes.
